COMPANY:
Alfa Tex Overseas Company has started its exports in 100 Sqft office in 1995 in the city of Coimbatore ( called as South India Manchester) with a vision of Our Chief Executive Officer who is having vast experience in Textile Mills both in weaving and knitting sector and who worked under guidance of a Swedish buying office in India. During his dedication work in the Big corporate companies, he saw the good potential for uniforms market which made him to form a vision to start his own garment units.

With this vision he undergone a special course on Export managements and started this Alfa Tex Overseas Company . His huge experience in the similar line made him courage to marketing in professional way especially in concentrating more on uniforms. To day out of five uniforms in Sweden market one is produced by Alfa Tex over seas.

Further he and His Team developed products Like Bathrobes ,promotional Clothing, Baby carriers , And Children's clothing .

INFRASTRUCTURE :
Today The company is having almost totally 30000,sqft factories in and around Coimbatore with 250 machines capacity. This we have achieved Purely by the Team work of our staff and workers.

KNITTING :
We have a tie up with knitting factory having 24 Knitting machines whose productions capacity is 2000kgs especially for us. All our Knitting fabrics are knitted in Terrot and Smart machines.

We have also tie up with processing mills in special processing zone with soft flow machines imported from Germany and Switzerland . Since we are very sensitive for safety of pollution , we strictly work with mills who have all criteria and norms with zero discharge and pollution free controls.

We have totally 250 machines in our subsidiary factories with machines imported from Taiwan we use brands like Juki And Siruba .

WEAVING :
All our woven fabrics are made out of Sulzer and Rapier looms. We have allotted 24 looms especially for manufacturing woven fabrics for work wears and Shirts .The processing are being done in reputed mills with a capacity if 200000 meters every year.

OUR GOALS :

In 1995 we started with USD 50000/ turnover today we make USD 4-5 Million.

Our Entire Group present annual production capacity is one million pieces of garments and we have set a positive goal to achieve 10 million pieces By 2015.

We believe this can be achieved only with a grace of Almighty God, with our dedicated energetic team of professionals, with our valued Buyers / Vendors and with a support of Banks.

In very soon we will be receiving Export House status in the year 2011 and subsequently star export house status in 2015.

NEW PROJECTS :

Our new projects are developed in three places.

PHASE 1 :

Build up area of 5000 sqft and new building plan with 10000 sqft will be operational from April 2011

This is a state of art plant with go Green concept. This is situated in Village panchayathu vellanipati near the Hub of Industries Kalapati.

Already we have signed agreements with buyers from USA And south american for producing garments of one million pieces.

PHASE 2 :

We are starting a project in 2012 in industrial Estate in Karumathampatti which is 20 Km from Coimbatore with a modern state of art factory with 120 machines for producing exclusively Trousers .

PHASE 3 :

We are negotiating with Vietnam Government for starting a new venture in Industrial hub with capacity of 200 machines for producing exclusively for stores in sweden South Africa.This factory will be operational from April 2012.
